The company advertises that if a tenant passes referencing they are eligible for rent guarantee insurance. But when you claim they weasel out of paying on the t&c. Only interested in getting your money, not supporting you. A short term £90 gain for them, but a long term loss, I will no longer use their services. Don't trust them.
Not impressed! Asked for a quote on rent insurance for prospective tenant. The call handler quoted refence cost and said rent insurance policy done by referencing department. They quoted different figures and said to proceed I need customer services. They said nothing to do with them and passed me back to unhelpful first department. I gave up and chose a more efficient and helpful competitor where one guy dealt with all of it.

Always competitive. E-mails sent regularly as a reminder which is good if you are busy. Easy to pay & now take credit card. I deal with one account manager which is nice as you get to know them & they can give you better deals.

We have 3 similar properties insured with this company and when the renewal for one came in it differed substantially to the others. i mentioned this to the agent and he immediately ran a check & subsequently the price came in at much the same as the other two. No agro or hassle just plain common sense and good company sevice.

I would not use this company as a landlord because, hidden in conditions,is a £2500.00 EXCESS once the property becomes empty . Every landlord experiences a small gap between tenancies. This EXCESS is unreasonable .
Not much to add - voluminous but necessary accompanying paperwork to be printed off is all clearly labelled and organised. Excellent service re renewals and phone queries.
