Went on-line searching for funeral plans for my wife and myself. Went straight to Which Funeral Plans Ltd., entered details on the Friday, had a phone call on the Monday with a very pleasent and helpful gentleman, paperwork arrived by post on Wednesday which was filled out and returned on the Friday, and they have just phoned me this Tuesday afternoon to say everything was in order.
