Went to a few garages before settling on getting a Ford. The salesmen didn't feel like salesmen at all. They were very friendly, never pushy, incredibly knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed their job. Jennings made me feel comfortable in buying the car and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Everything went as smooth as it should have done. My contact at Gateshead was courteous and helped me every step of the way. The car exchange went very smoothly, and when I had questions to ask 2 days later regarding the operation of the vehicle, I was greeted with a helpful employee who took the time to explain everything i needed to know. In a nutshell I was more than happy with my experience, and will most probably return here once more in the future for my replacement vehicle.

I've been looking to change my car as my Mazda was getting on a bit and I only intended to shop around to see what was out there. My brother in law recently bought his new car and choose the Ford Fiesta Zetec saying what a canny little car it was. My hubby and I wandered into Jennings Dunston for a look around and after a chat with Craig the salesman, we were sold on the 5 door Zetec. I must say Craig was excellent, it was an effortless experience and me being slightly laidback was happy to let him do all the talking and he explained everything so well I would recommend him without hesitation, He has since been on the 'phone checking how things are going which I think is a nice touch.

I ordered a die cast model ford fiesta which was ordered & paid online.I then received an e mail saying this model was no longer being sold & my order could not be fulfilled leaving my son very disappointed . What was the point still advertising a product that was unavailable.
