Ordered bike on 6th May. Still awaiting bike, and this is the first comms from Dales. Which I find strange ??? After posting this I received a call from Dales Cycles to say my bike was ready for collection. The chap in the shop was very professional told me all about the bike the workings and answered all my questions. Very helpful under difficult circumstances rating now highly improved

You need to be clear about where goods are to be collected. When I saw store shutters were closed I crossed the road to Dales Office where I was sent back. Other than that, the service was good.

I have parted with over £400 a week ago for my sons mountain bike for his birthday and only received one email telling me someone is looking for the product in the warehouse....nothing else... Covid 19 is a busy and stressful time but not even a delivery date given or time span. I'm hoping I receive bike shortly but I do regret it due to their poor customer communication....... ****UPDATE**** Thank you Kerri for your quick reply.... ....and it's all good now as I received an email from Stephen Mould who acted swiftly and they are delivering bike tommo......I need to change my experience to 5stars now!.....Thank you all as I know you are all extremely busy....I just needed some communication but alls well that ends well...!

My boyfriend got his bike from Dales and I have just bought my first bike from dales. They’ve been so helpful with him and I’ve had very good service so far considering times are confusing right now due to Covid19 but I’m very happy and will be buying items from them in future for sure.

I love Dales cycles. Got my first bike there as a child and it’s the only place for me. Costumer service has always been helpful and constructive.
