Terrific service and brilliant product. They could maybe improve their communication with the customer after sale has gone through but such a minor issue it is barely worth talking about.

Given the lockdown, staff at Dales have been so helpful over the telephone with very good advice and comment. They have also kept me very well informed about the progress of my order. I look forward to receiving my Cube Kathmandu Exc 500 early next week.

This is my second bike from Dales and the service has been great. this time, the bike was for my wife and we had to buy it over the web due to the current restrictions in place. When i called up, the team were extremely helpful to make sure the sizing, etc, was correct and they were on hand to help as much as they would have been had i purchased in-store.
Great service and support from Dales after new bike purchase. Good sales advice, honest delivery updates and advice regarding finance when buying the bike on-line. Bike delivered on time and ready to ride after fitting pedals. Great after sales support and advice.
