After asking a few questions on live chat I decided to push the buy button.Bike was delivered within 6 days a conformation email, delivery email ,A time slot with DPD couriers. ALL GOOD especially considering we’re in a pandemic.

Because of Covid19, I wasn’t able to speak to anyone when there was a glitch with my order. As a result the bike I was going to purchase went to someone else and I must now wait for 7 weeks. Perhaps would have been a different outcome had there been a telephone service. A bit sad about that but, otherwise, very good experience

There was a delay from their supplier and once that was identified I was updated with the progress until delivery

Rather disappointed that tyre brand I ordered from your website was "out of stock" before you could make delivery. I know stock control failures happen but still ! That said your sales staff (Kerri) couldn't have been more helpful and gave sound advice as to an alternative. Once identified the alternate tyre was delivered with remarkable speed, and accuracy to a fairly difficult to find location. All in all a positive experience. Would have been five stars but for the web-site stock control snafu. I'll certainly be back.

Ordered a bike and was informed that day that sadly, it has gone OOS. Krister emailed me to apologise and offer an alternative bike, the bike offered was perfect for my needs. Fantastic shopping experience and very helpful staff.

I've been dealing with Dales Cycles for a few years now and always had a positive experience, I've always popped into the shop to get the right components for the various types of riding I do, the in shop help and advice has always been valuable to me, ordering from Dales online is new to me and only happened due to the current lockdown, It wasn't clear to me at what part of the delivery process my order was at (e.g being picked, processed, with courier.....) it only said complete when I logged in. I had a few attempts to live chat but they dropped out. After originally writing a negative review and for honesty and transparency I've left attached below I recieved a very warm and friendly call from Dales reassuring me that the order is with the royal mail and should be delivered by ther next day and if not I could call back the adviser and they will do their upmost to chase it up and get my delivery to me as quick as they can. I very much appreciated this call. I don't mind waiting for deliveries I wait for deliveries all the time it's just very helpful to be able to find out at what stage the delivery process is at. (Well you've not delivered any the stuff I've paid for or responded to my attempts to contact you Purchased on 21st may, now it's 29th may and no update so far)

First class service,very quick delivery. This was a bicycle torque wrench. In order to operate I recommend pro bike tools on you tube.

Fantastic! Wasn't sure about buying online, but the bike was in stock and the other reviews for Dales were great. I needn't have worried, from really great advice on the online chat, to updates on the order and a choice of deliver dates around the bank holiday the service was great. Bike arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Highly recommended...
