Service was fine except it was meant to be home delivered - which it wasn't. Then it turn out that I had been charge £3 over what the actual parts were price labelled as. Trust and fairness are very important to me Since this post DALES have refunded me the difference. So fairplay to them - amending the rating.
Was contacted by Kerry after my payment was refunded and order cancelled to find out nothing to do with Dale's was payment issue. Kerry was helpful and will use Dale's again in the future.

Ordered on line - bike was ready to pick up at set time - guys at store were brilliant even cut my seat post down a wee bit . All in all bearing in mind the covid 19 situation- very well done everyone
