Excellent service and social distancing observed by all staff. As always, very knowledgeable about the bikes and spent time making sure we knew how to handle our new e-bikes and that they fitted correctly. Great quality bike and a great experience during lockdown.

All bikes arrived in perfect condition, no problem getting a bike replaced that didn't suit. Quick delivery considering the circumstances.

Excellent service all round

Still waiting on item being despatched. Having chatted in this is apparently due to supply chain being slowed down during Covid. Item had shown as being in stock which is why I chose Dales, I wanted to give trade to a local company. Understandable that things are being slowed down, but if something is not in stock - amend the website.Dales is a great shop, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable but got pinged this survey relating to this one specific purchase. Would not view this as an overall view of Dales who I have generally had good experiences with previously .

Fantatsic service even under difficult lockdown conditions. After purchasing ebike online I was updated personally on progress via phone, bike was ready ahead of schedule and the uplift in a socially distanced manner was seamless. Great service.

Very few punctures with armadillo tyres

Wonderfully helpful via their online chat, quick deliver and great aftercare. I’m a return customer and I can never fault Dale’s Cycles in the slightest.

Mechanic and sales person both spent time going over any questions I had. Felt no rush or pressure at hand over of unseen bike that I had purchased on line

Easy to use online service. Excellent bike building service. The only downside was the very short (less than an hour) notice period between my bike being dispatched and arriving. As I shift worker, I often need a fair bit of notice however fortunately I was home. I'm not sure if this is reflective of the current Covid-19 situation. Very prompt between ordering online and being on my doorstep. Would definitely recommend.
