The service was great, the assistant couldn't be more helpful.. Do think you need to organise your online service a bit better.. The poor assistant had to chase up the the factory on 2 occasions to get the things I had ordered..

Endura padded liner - it’s padded, it’s a liner, it’s comfortable. Bottle cage - holds a bottle, no problem. Delivery time Ok. Happy to order on line again if Covid-19 lockdown continues. 👍👍

I would highly recommend Dales. I have received great service so far. The delivery was slightly delayed due to the current situation, but this is no fault of the company and understandable. The bike was delivered fully built and ready to ride. The delivery driver was very friendly and offered some good advice on care for the bike. Many thanks.

On line order process was fine but no follow up information about when order would be delivered. Had to contact shop by phone to find out and even then info that was given was only approximate. In the end took over a week for delivery.

Given the current challenges with the Corona Virus outbreak & lockdown the service & speed of my bike order was pretty good. Bike was ready well within the time slot, the girl on customer service was very helpful & done more than enough to ensure my order was taken care off. Thanks Dales staff, your doing a great job.

For a inexperienced cyclist looking for professional help but I did not want a complicated explanation these guys ticked every box. Simon was on the ball on chat and followed up with emails explaining why he advised the particular bike. Nothing was too much bother and when I contacted him a few weeks later he quickly followed up again. Same day delivery was a bonus although I gather that was just luck more than any planned action but still they delivered. If you are a professional or a beginner I would highly recommend.

Really were amazing. I ordered a new road bike from Dales but forgot to add a service to it. I contacted them over chat and they resolved things very quickly, there and then. Their customer service is top notch, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with buying from Dales and will be very happy to purchase from them again.

Excellent service using the click and collect service . My duaghters tyre blew and being her usual daily exercise we were keen to get another tyre . Dales came through and had the tyre we wanted in stcok and ready to collect . Job done safely and we were out cycling that day .
