Good service

I was told my bike would be delivered today and I could expect to receive a text or phone call beforehand. I appreciate that we are in a pandemic, but it wouldn't have taken much to phone me to state that the bike could not be delivered for whatever reason. I tried to contact Dales Cycles via live chat but did not receive a response. Evidently I am disappointed in the service provided so far. I subsequently received a call from Kerri to apologise. She explained there had been a mix up in the days, and the date of delivery should have been today. She promised that I would receive my bike today. True to her word my bike arrived fully assembled this morning, and ready to use. The guy who delivered it was very helpful and explained the different features of the bike. The Cube Touring Hybrid 500 runs smoothly and was easy to use on my first outing. Aside from yesterday's hiccup, I am very satisfied with my new bike.

Good service under present circumstances with staff prompt and staff member Simon replying to all emails with helpful information cheers.

Ordered a bike online and the next morning I was phoned and text to let me know when I could pick it up as needed it for my sons birthday and had left it a little late. First bike bought from Dales and it won’t be the last. Excellent service all round during these difficult times. Well done everyone!
