Bought a bike online, payment went through and then the next day got an email to say the bike wasn’t in stock! Difficult bike to buy and added stress trying to source another one that delivered online for a birthday present

Brought 2 Giant mountain bikes on the 28/5/20 were delivered on the 10/6/20,they came boxed and really well protected with minimal assembly required for which the tools and information to do so were provided.We are impressed with the bikes and think they are great value for money.l would like to thank the staff at Dales cycles for being very helpful and efficient during our purchase especially as we live in Brighton,East Sussex.Also there was no delivery charge incurred which we thought was brilliant, would high recommend an online purchase from Dales cycles
After trying several places to get a bike during lock down, I finally got a bike I’m really happy with from Dales. The service has been excellent throughout, receiving responses from them really quickly. I’d recommend them and will certainly look for future purchases there.

It would have been 5 stars, but I had to chase for my order as it was 5 working days from online order placement for click and collect and no update. The reason for 4 stars, as soon as I contacted Kerri, a couple of hours later, I was able to pick up my order. Please guys, in future if you cannot make the 3 working days for collection, keep us informed.
