Patrick, Michael and Alfie worked non-stop at 100% on a very hot day to get the job done. Very thorough, kept me informed and cleaned up after their work of replacing a new boiler and system. Helped with setting up the HIVE system too. I can't fault the team. I highly recommend them and their service.

Following a very thorough survey by Ian McDonald, Patrick and team worked extremely diligently to instal a replacement c/h boiler. Left the house clean and tidy after working very hard all day. A team that was confident and friendly, who I would recommend confidently.

Form my first enquiry to having my air conditioner fitted everyone were very helpful. On the day it was fitted the work was carried out professionally and with care. I was given very good explanation of how to operate the system and once it was installed the work area was thoroughly clean. I could not have wished for nicer people to have completed the work.

We had Patrick & Alfie arrive at our property who were friendly and professional from the minute we opened the door. They both cracked on from the first minute to very last, and were fabulous at what they were doing, which was not an easy job by far! They made sure we knew what was going on at every stage and spotless with the works they were carrying out! Bonus was the singing which also wonderful, both happy go lucky guys who we'd recommend to anyone!

James and Connor worked hard all day to finish the job off very tidy and took all there rubbish away. Would recommend

Blue Flame worked to get my new boiler installed place when its predecessor was condemned. Chaz, their engineer, was courteous, tidy, thoughtful and efficient. He explained what he needed to do at every step of the way and worked with me to find solutions that worked for both of us. Yes it took a little longer than expected but better than corners being cut.

Beware of Blue Flame Energy – Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I had an extremely disappointing experience with Blue Flame Energy and would not recommend their services. From the start, they portrayed themselves as a professional and reputable company, but my experience proved otherwise. A representative named Brian visited my property for a boiler survey. However, instead of conducting a proper survey, he seemed more focused on sales. Despite confirming an installation date, the company outsourced the job to a third party. I was under the impression that Blue Flame Energy had its own team, but instead, an unprofessional group of young, seemingly inexperienced individuals arrived. Shockingly, they came without the actual boiler and left within 30 minutes, stating they had the wrong information and needed to conduct another survey. When I contacted Brian for clarification, his attitude completely changed. I decided not to proceed with their services and requested a refund. This is where the real trouble began. I had to chase them daily, but my emails were ignored. My calls were blocked, and whenever I contacted their office, no one seemed to know what was going on. After numerous failed attempts to get my money back, I had no choice but to send them a formal legal notice. Eventually, I was refunded, but the entire process was stressful and unnecessarily difficult. I strongly advise against using Blue Flame Energy. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and misleading. Save yourself the trouble and choose a trustworthy company instead
