We had our boiler moved from upstairs bedroom to downstairs kitchen, from the start Blue Flame were friendly and knowledgeable. We first spoke to Tom who answered any questions we had about the move, and managed to find time to do the work quickly as we were on time constraints. When Will came to do the move, he was just as friendly. Will and the team were quick and through, and took the time to show me how the new boiler and the thermostat worked. They tidied as best as possible and removed all waste.

Hi all, Blue flame installed our Worcester Bosch boiler 5 years ago and it hasn’t missed a beat, we took out a service plan with them and again, they have been faultless. We are about to sign up for another 5 years service plan. 👍👍

My old boiler packed up the week before Christmas and after a quick search on Check-a-Trade.com i found Blue Flame Energy Solutions Ltd. Impressed with the reviews i contacted them. The next day Gary Chance (heating surveyor) arrived at my house in the evening to discuss a replacement boiler. I was very impressed with Gary's knowledge and friendliness. Gary talked me through the process step by step in a clear and professional manner. More than happy with what Blue Flame had to offer i employed their services that night. Jason and Jack were my fitters and they turned up on time and were very friendly and talked me through what was going to be happening regarding the installation. They took every care to keep the mess to a minimum (ground sheets etc) and cleaned up after to a very high standard. Blue Fame not only gave me a new boiler but peace of mind too with their excellent after sales service. A long parts and labour warranty and the assurance that should any problems arise, they were only a phone call away. I can not fault any part of the process and can highly recommend Blue Flame as an excellent, friendly and professional company to deal with...and all at a very competitive price !!! Simon and Aiden, were extremely knowledgeable regarding their trade. Both were very polite, thorough, left my home exactly as they found it and completed the whole job in a day, bearing in mind the boiler was relocated to our attic. Highly impressed would definitely recommend.

The survey/quotation was done by Richard who came to our house right next day after our telecon, explained about the company, their products and the installation process after he checked through our old boiler system. At that point I felt this company is so reliable. And then the installation was done by Jason & Jack. They did a great job, so friendly, polite and professional! Satisfaction with this company started at the quotation stage.Gary was on time and gave an in depth quotation in great detail The team for installation consisted of Jason and Jack They arrived exactly on time and wasted no time in getting started The installation took 7 hours and the workmanshipp was excellent Very little mess was made all of which was cleaned up. Great customer service from Blue Flame. Attended to my father in law's boiler within a few hours. He's 92 and had no heating or hot water on one of our coldest days this winter. Couldn't have had a better response. Both engineers were efficient and polite.
