Highly recommended! Faultless experience from start to finish. The initial visit from the assessor Neil, he was very friendly and professional and was explained everything in detail and offered me everything that I required. Then he sent me a quote which I was very happy with as it was cheaper than other quotes but also offered me extra services ontop of the package such as 10 years free servicing and a free hive included in the price. Once I accepted the quote any correspondence I had with blue flame was helpful and informative without being pushy and was happy to do the install on a chosen date to suit me. Then the install was completed by Simon who was on time and very hard working, he didn't stop and his workmanship was spot on. He always tidied up at the end of the day and took all his waste with him and made my property safe. He was very friendly and trustworthy and I felt confident that he was always doing the job right and not cutting corners. I wasn't asked for the full payment until everything was completed and I was happy with everything. I have also spoken to Neil again afterwards with some questions and was very helpful saying to call anytime if I had anymore concerns or questions so the aftercare is brilliant. You can tell this is a family run business that cares about it's customers and would use again if I needed to. Absolutely faultless journey and would give more stars if I could.

We have had a single split AC system fitted within a week of placing the order. James and Connor arrived slightly early and proceeded with the installation in a very practiced and professional manner. They did a great job and were able to accommodate our placement requirements. Thank you.

Our initial appointment was made quickly and within a few days of paying our deposit, Ben and Lewis arrived to install two air-con units. They both worked hard and have done a fab job. They set both up within 7 hours and cleared and tidied as they went. Very polite lads who just got on with it. Would highly recommend them.
We had 2 air con units installed. James and Connor arrived and were professional from the start. A colleague was shadowing their work. It was extremely hot that day yet they worked so hard. They are such good workers and competent. James showed me how to work the units and information about them. They are a credit to the team. The whole process has been painless. Lovely clean installation of a split heatpump aircon system. Initial survey, quote and installation schedule all good and the two engineers (Jason and Jack) who did the actual work where fast and professional. Good after sales support as well.
Jason and jack arrived on time as arranged and discussed everything to be done and gave good advise on where to fit the aircon units. They did work solid all the time and cleaned up after all the work was completed. My husband said he had a great nights sleep. Thank you Jason and Jack

I had AC installed in three rooms. Two outside units. Excellent service from beginning to end. Very competitive on price and a great service from everyone I interacted with. The sales person was patient and spent the time to answer all my questions. The installation team - “Fox Air Con” - worked tirelessly for three days. I live in an old cottage with metre-thick stone walls, which took considerable effort to drill through. But they did it without complaint. Everything was left neat and tidy. My kitchen window was broken by accident due to a ladder falling however Lewis at Fox Air Con quickly arranged for this to be fixed at no cost to myself. I can’t fault the service from Blue Flame and Fox Air Con and would recommend them to anyone.
Really not looking forward to the changing my back boiler for a cmbi and new and replacement rads....but what a brilliant company ! Great quote much cheaper than BG Even better quality from the advice re system, through the installation which was necessarily complicated but carefully handled and no quibble returning for little bits of snagging. It was really a pleasure dealing with the Blue Flame office too - always caring, honest and competent. Thanks

Jim and Connor installed a replacement air con system, professional from the minute they arrived at the door. Obviously knew what they where doing and got on with it, clean and tidy workers.
