Very professional company. The surveyor Richard was very helpful and the installers Luke and Jack did an excellent job. They were punctual and worked long hours and I now have a efficient Worcester Bosch combi boiler and a radio frequency thermostat. Luke bravely faced the rain to sort out the new flu and pipe work. My cream carpets were protected and all rubbish was taken away and carpets vacuumed. Luke explained the workings of boiler and thermostat and I would like to thank them for their hard work. The head office communicated well by email keeping me informed and sent very detailed invoices. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jason and Lewis from Blue Flame Energy Solutions arrived before 8.00am and set to work straight away. They were very professional and did a great job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the standard of the work and explanation of the system.

Two extremely polite engineers set about their job as soon as they arrived. They put a covering on the floor and stairs to protect my flooring. They didnt stop for a break as far as im aware as the work was continuous. There was some noise from the drilling but not for long and before I knew it ,they were showing me how to use it. Took just over 5 hours, and the only way i know they've been is i have a lovely new boiler and no mess to clear up. Highly impressed. Thank you.

Another great experience with Blueflame from quotation through to installation. All done and dusted within 8 days … competitive price backed up with friendly staff. Really helped us out after another engineer condemned our boiler and left us with no heating/ hot water … Jason and Jack installed and were professional, helpful, tidy and spent time with us explaining as they went along …all rubbish removed from site .. and everything working as promised.

Jason and Jack at Blue Flame were professional throughout the whole process of removing our old back boiler and replacing with a new combi boiler, adding a large living room radiator, and rerouting of pipework. Both were friendly and explained each part of the process and what room would be affected. They cleaned up after themselves each day and removed all old parts and packaging. New systems were explained and fully working. I would recommend for any future heating or AC work.

Gary came round on time as arranged and went through everything, his knowledge and honesty shone through and we felt in great hands. The price was in our ballpark and we booked the work in straight away. The fitters Rob and Lewis turned up on time and got on with the work straight away, they were friendly and kept us informed all the way through the job. The work was completed in a day and our home was left very clean and tidy, I was super impressed with the way they protect your carpets and floors with dust sheets and the way they constantly clean up. Our new Worcester boiler works lovely and we are all over the moon with this fantastic family company. What made it even better is for the next 12 years we have no more monthly service payments and FREE servicing. 5 star service highly recommended
