Blue Flame experience was 10/10 from beginning to end....Gary came to measure up, etc. Then they came 2 weeks later to fit the air con unit. Let us know what time they would arrive and came on the dot! Mark & Max were great guys, did a very neat and tidy job and left the house the way they found it. Very happy, thank you, would recommend them to anyone:)

Blue Flame did a great job installing our new air conditioning system. 1. Gary the representative came and gave us all the information that we needed, then measured out the best place to put the unit. 2. Their office kept us up to date with installing date. 3. On installation day Mark and Max arrived on time and they were careful keeping our home clean and tidy (putting down plastic mats to protect floor and hoovering up after job was completed). We can truly recommend the work that was done for us.
James and Louise did great job.. everything works perfect and hopefully we finally gonna have nice and cool summer. 😊

I have had a great experience of being on the receiving end of blue flame solution’s good service with regards to providing my air consitioning units. From survey to installation, it was nothing short of excellent customer service was all I experienced. Neil was on point as soon as I laid out the requirements I needed and was really helpful in making things much simpler and easier to understand. As soon as we got to installation which just finished today, I have had the great pleasure of having James and Lewis to do that in a great fashion. They’ve given me fresh ideas which I was quite adamant to receive the first time around but ended up being a better idea than as previously planned. I must say they were masters of their craft and would highly recommend due to high quality workmanship and were sort of the guys who can get things done with full efficiency. Kudos to you lot and hope you can help more people with your excellent approach towards your work.

Had the guy come and measure everything and price it up . A week later Mark And Max came and fitted it all .. did a very neat job and left me as a very happy customer. I highly recommend this company and their engineers
Just had installed a multi split system for the living room and bedroom. The 2 chaps team completed the job in just over 6.5 hours and we’re so pleased with the outcome! Very careful, tidy, protected the carpets throughout the areas prior. The Fujitsu units are very quiet and chilled the room in no time at all, and by far the cheapest quote amongst the 4 we had, including the 5 year servicing as well. The guys were very professional throughout so… a great THANK YOU. Now… bring on the hot summer days and… nights too!!

Arrived early 7.20am that's fine. Fitted a new valve on a leaking radiator. Installed Worcester Bosch boiler. 2 pleasant men, Jason & Jack,left kitchen clean & tidy. Just recommended to a friend who is going to ask for a quote.
Mark, Max and Jason were the A-team with our aircon installation. They were tidy, efficient and very professional. They kept us updated with their progress throughout the day and we cannot recommend these gents enough.
Blueflame was running late 9/5/2024 between 2/4 anyway rung and said 2/5 The mam who came was abit sarcastic with a question that was ask to him not pleased.

I've had previous systems Installed in Spain and Blue Flame were far superior to any previous experience . The 2 engineers were very polite and answered my questions. They did not leave any mess behind and so did a great job. The electrician took his time to help me get the new Hive system up and run and explain everything else in good detail. Also very good value compared to others that had quoted for my work.
I had my air conditioning unit installed by blue flame. The whole service from the quote to installation has been excellent. James and Lewis installed the unit they were very professional and left my home in prefect condition. Fully recommend blue flame.
