I accepted their quote the second day because they offered 15 years free services on boiler. And things were moving fast as 5 days later I had my boiler installed by a professional crew.

Everyone from Blue Flame Energy has been a delight to work with. Sales teams were extremely helpful in providing requested details and helping find solutions to our unique problems. Were very patient and happy to answer all my questions while I was deciding who to select. Installers were extremely friendly and performed an amazing job. Whenever they had questions or queries on how to approach something they came and asked my opinion, whenever I asked any questions, they were happy to help. Is everything perfect? No, it’s never going to be perfect unless it was fully built into the house at time of building. Everything done has been done to a extremely high standard, looks very professional. I would 100% recommend the company to others

My first impression of Blue Flame was friendly and confident in their product. Now I know that Brian is an experienced and well versed salesman. My experience with Brian was pleasant and I have no complaints with him..however, the company itself needs to be avoided. The Gas engineer arrived who was also friendly and after a days work, I inspected the boiler to discover that the wrong one was fitted, a model more basic than the one ordered. I was originally asked to keep this boiler for a £100 discount which was unacceptable. Once rejected was told no one would be free to come and change the boiler for weeks. After some discussion an agreement was made and I sent the remaining funds and discovered I was overcharged but this was quickly rectified. The following day I received my warranty and service agreement paperwork to discover that both were incorrect and my warranty was for 5 years rather than the agreed 15 years. After contacting them again they assured me that this will be fixed but 3 days, a number of calls and texts later I am still waiting. Don’t fall for the 5* reviews, they ask customers to rate them 5*s to be entered into a prize draw for an air conditioning unit. Not because they have earnt it. I will be taking this matter to trading standards.

Efficient and friendly company. Installed new boiler and came back a few days later to correct a small error. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the work Mark and Max carried out for us - involved stripping out a very old system boiler and a complete relocation of a new Worcester Bosch Combi together with a Hive control system . Thank you for all your help and advice this will make a massive difference to the property.

We had 5 air conditioning units installed by Ben and Lewis back in July. We had a few questions each day they attended which they dealt with efficiently and professionally. All in all they carried out a great job and worked in a clean and tidy manner.

I had split unit aircon installed in 4 rooms over 3 floors. Everything about the survey and installation process was professionally done. Work was carried out over 2 days and the staff were courteous, tidy and did a great job. I've had a minor problem with the app that controls the units, but Blueflame investigated and determined the problem is with the app itself, and we're just waiting for an update to be pushed out. Very happy with the experience over all!

We were looking at replacing our boiler so put some feelers out, Blue Flame came back to us super fast and popped in the following day to have a walk through and provide a summary. Being they were the first we spoke to and wanted to check comparatives we didn't sign in the day, but there was a fantastic incentive to do so within 48 hours around free servicing for a decade!. Unfortunately we couldn't take this up, and after a week or so of shopping about realized how good an offer this was. We got back in touch and the team were able to offer us a slightly different offer which we we jumped on. Come fitting day, smooth and butter. Our engineer Steve let us know the day before when he was popping in, nothing was too much effort and he was fantastic. Took the time to walk through everything once install was complete, checked all out smart functions were working and gave the place a once over. End to end was done in 4 hours or so. Would highly recommend anyone in two minds to not worry about the early commitment and take up the very appealing incentive at the point of quote!

From start to finish they provided a professional and quality service. When our old gas combi-boiler was condemned we contacted Blue flame as well as some other companies for quotes. Blue flame was not the cheapest but was very competitive and offered better overall value with extras included in the cost, particularly lifetime boiler servicing. No pressure sales and happy to discuss options and why some additional parts were recommended, but not compulsory. Installation was arranged within a few days and when it came to installation day our installer, Jason, arrived first thing and got to work. He was very careful and protected all carpets / furniture that was in the way with protective covers to prevent dirt or damage. Installation was completed efficiently and without issue, with the old boiler and parts being removed and everything left tidier than when the work was started. Jason explained the basics of the boiler, gave contact details in case we had any follow up questions and explained that the certificates and warranty information would be provided shortly by email. These documents were received as expected within a few days of installation. All in all a great efficient service and would highly recommend to anyone requiring a competitive boiler installation.

From quoting stage through to installation and aftercare the team and Blue Flame have been amazing ! Pricing on point, turned up very early in the day to ensure no returns needed as well. Jason our install engineer explained each stage of the job, both communication and application/skill spot on ! Would definitely use these guys again. James C

The lads from Blue flame arrived on time every day they worked to put my combo boiler in, it was a conversion from a standard oil boiler to a combi oil boiler the work was complicated as the pipe work was different to get to but that didn’t phase Luke and Jason the two lads who fitted it, they went the extra mile to sort the job out, with happy faces They were very professional, polite and cleaned up each night before going home, I highly recommend these lads and the company Thanks Jason and Luke for all your hard work you are a credit to Blue Flame Regards from Maz and Jon in Gailey

Blue Flame were very prompt, professional and the installers personable. Air source heater/cooler installed on a very hot day with minimal disruption and no mess. All seems excellent. Very pleased.

Excellent service from when Gary came to do the initial sale and survey to Mark and Max arriving today to install the air conditioning. Really clean and tidy job and they left the place cleaner than when they arrived!
