Dale and Mark arrived at the time stated. Very hard working. Neat work. Everything tided up . carpets protected. .pleasant men to have in the house. Units explained and we had a practice with the remotes. Can recommend.

These guys fitted air con at home for us last year. Had our first service carried out today. On both occasions they arrived on time, carried out the work without causing any disruption or mess. Highly recommended and the aircon units are superb.

The guys came today & fitted our aircon unit , they did a great job ,were extremely efficient & tidy .As with everyone from this company both were very friendly& explained everything.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family & friends .

I contacted three companies at random to supply and fit Aircon unit. First was terrible,second was awful.third was Tom Rubery from Blue Flame. Smart,on time, excellent survey.very honest, helpful, with a full written report and quotation at the end.fitters been today,on time excellent job throughout,no mess, full demonstration.A local family business that performs perfectly,thank everyone for a perfect job.

Initial meeting to discuss new boiler options was very clear and informative and our questions were answered and explained. Communication with the company was easy and they sent emails confirming start date etc. Extremely efficient instalation of boiler, carried out all work discussed in pre meeting, very professionally. Talked through what they had done and demonstrated the controls.

Had my boiler fitted today. 3 top block arrived at my house on time and very professional. Very considerate about the water being of informing me with everything that's going on and what stage they are at. Great blokes and a great company. Only 1 problem the singing could be better 😉👍

Unfortunately although the initial installation of my solar panels went really well and they gave several years of good generation, only 7 years into their 20 year lifetime a whole quarter of the array stopped working completely. Initially the director of Blue Flame responded to my requests for help to fix the problem (which is costing me a fair bit in lost payments and savings), coming round to have a quick look before saying he'd get his son to come round within a few days with electrical equipment to really work out where the issue was. This never happened - my calls, voicemail messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, website contacts etc... were answered twice only with another promise to talk to his son, then complete silence for several months. Now six months later I can only conclude that Blue Flame are no longer trading.

Great and clear communication, professional approach to customer. The team was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and tidy at fitting AC unit. Zero complaints. Highly recommended company.

We were loooking for a company to install a home EV charger. After two failed virtual surveys ( one by the company the car manufacturer recommended and another abortive attempt. We googled on Bark and Tom from Blue Flame responded promptly. An actual survey was arranged and Tom on the visit talked us through how it would be done and offered two types of charger. Once we had accepted the quote we were offered a date for last Friday 24th February. The other companies had said initially six to eight weeks ! We had a time slot of 9:00-10:00 for the installer Ryan to arrive. He arrived on the dot of 9:00. Quietly and efficiently he did the job, did not need to switch of the electricity and cleaned up perfectly . After he helped me install the app on my phone. We would highly recommend this company if anyone needs an EV charger installed

Blue Flames attended agreed to give me a quote along with completed a replacement boiler within 4 hours on the agreed date / time. They were polite /professional and efficient. I would definitely highly recommend them.

Blue Flame Energy Solutions LTD The supply and installtion of a replacement gas boiler together with any required repositioning and updating of pipework was all carried out with first class care and with careful attention to detail. On the arranged day, the interior work was completed in eight hours and Will the fitter left us that evening with working heating throughout the house. He returned next moring to make good any disturbed exterior brickwork and insisted on checking once again that all internal and external work carried out on site.was to our satisfaction. I would add that Mark in the company office was always helpful and informative before and throughout the whole procedure.

Quick efficient very tidy. Explained all the workings of boiler and Wi-Fi controls. System flushed and re filled. Recommend them.
