During these uncertain times and a family loss Birkat Elyon mostly Rebecca did try to make our service / repair experience good. It took several phone calls to get an update and about six weeks to receive our ring back. But the condition was excellent and we are very pleased with the quality of workmanship.

My order was not processed upon receipt. I had expected it for a Mother’s Day gift. I had to call to see the status. I was told it just had not been processed as it should have been. It was then sent out, 2 day fedex.
I'm very pleased with my "diamond" studs. They look like the real thing. I wanted a pair of earrings to wear when I travel. They were delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend the earrings and the seller.

This is my second purchase from Birkat Elyon & I couldn’t be more pleased. You really cannot tell the difference. I lost my original wedding band set & unfortunately it wasn’t insured. Family members have examined this new set & they think it’s my original set. If only my husband had known about Birkat Elyon before the wedding.
My dad and I ordered a set for my mother. About 1 week before Mother’s Day. It was a custom size order so I was really scared it would not arrive in time. I contacted customer service and she was able to get the rings delivered 2 days prior to Mother’s Day Sunday. The ring is stunning and the amazing customer service is an equal match. I will definitely continue to shop from this company.
Beautiful ring to replace her diamonds after having to replace lost stones twice. Buying a diamond alternative is much less costly and looks just as good, or better.
So, I cancelled the order and that wend smoothly. I received the sample ring. Wasn't for me. Beautiful ring just didn't look good on me. Refunded my money in full once they received the sample ring back. Quick refund with no issues.
