I love both rings that I purchased from Birkat Elyon. The stones are beautiful and the settings are of the highest quality.

My ring was beautiful, but communication, could be better. Rebecca was very nice, but you have to wait forever before anything gets shipped out and if you don't call to check on it, you're just hanging!! They don't return emails or phone calls!! I LOVE the rings, but next time, I might shop around!!

I was disappointed that they took than entire cost of my purchase out of my account without my final decision. I have since cancelled my order & am waiting for my refund of $1,200.00.

Poor Customer Service - Misleading Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. I had inquired about jewelry and when I talked to Rebecca, she mentioned doing samples so we could view a couple of things. I was charged full price for these "samples." Additionally, never did Rebecca mention that we would be responsible for shipping back for these samples, which cost us $45 to return because we were told we had to put insurance on the package. Additionally, we were charged another $35 for an Adjustment Fee, which again was never mentioned in my discussions with Rebecca. So, it ultimately cost $80 just to view the product. It's sad that a company doing online business would be so misleading and deceitful a potential customer.

I have not received my ring nor any returned calls or emails. I was charged and have not been able to reach a live person about when my order will ship or when my money will be returned. I really wanted this purchase but now I just feel scammed.
