The ring I ordered is so nice, great quality. As is the previous earrings I ordered last year. Communication with the company is lacking. I waited far to long for my ring, due to my email going into their junk mail. They put my order on hold until they heard from me. They did not try to contact me that whole time. I finally had to call the company and no one answered the phone and I called multiple times. I left a message and than finally was contacted back through email. So there product is excellent the communication is not.

First my order was delayed and shipped late, No one contacted me to let me know, and trying to reach customer service was a NIGHTMARE! I left numerous messages for Rebecca that weren't answered. I finally reached her, she said she would call me back, she never did... It took several more unanswered messages and numerous calls before she finally answered and told me what was going on. Then my rings didn't arrive when on the day Rebecca stated they would. After several more calls and arguing with the carrier I was told they couldn't get it on the truck because it was "raining " I guess they don't drive in the rain now..... 🤔🤔🤔 It was one excuse after another. My rings arrived 2 days after specified arrival date. I was guaranteed by Rebecca that she "personally inspected " my rings before shipping and they were "BREATHTAKING " It just doesn't have that WOW factor I was expecting! I guess BREATHTAKING to her means something different to her because I wasn't as impressed as the others in the reviews seemed to be. The ring is OK, The only time it really looks good is after polishing. I have to polish it several times a day or it looks dull, fake and just like a CZ. . If given the opportunity I would NOT reorder again...... I'm NOT impressed.

BE made a custom ring for me. The designer was very pleasant to work with, and understood exactly what I wanted over the phone. They made me a CAD drawing to show what they would do. The ring is PERFECT to what I asked for and signed off on. Don’t be afraid to go outside of the box and ask for exactly what you want they can do it! Thank you BE!
