Very expensive for the quality and service. Safety latches on bracelet are loose. It has been almost 1 month and I still have not received my original order. Worst of all, customer service is almost non-existent!!

Great product for a great price. I purchased an engagement ring as well as a wedding band, and my fiancé loves them both. I even called in to ask a few questions and Rebecca was super helpful. Would recommend these rings to anyone who wants a quality product for a low price. The delivery time wasn’t bad either. My order took about 10 days to be made and then 2 days for shipping to California. Great experience all around!

I haven’t seen the ring I ordered yet. I hope it’s worth the price. The communication could be much, much better. I never got any word on my order and had to call. They were pleasant and nice, but customer service could use some attention. I’ll wait to see the quality of the ring.

The stones looked fine, but the backs are very hard to take off and put on. My wife feels that she may break the earring when removing them.

Repair was made and I am satisfied with the quality.
