Good products, good repair, slow to espond to phone messages and emails
This was my second purchase from Birkat Elyon. This time I ordered a custom length 14k white gold graduated cubic zirconia tennis necklace. Rebecca was very helpful and even though it was a custom order, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the necklace earlier than expected within 4 weeks. It was perfectly crafted, as smooth as silk, lays flat on my neck without rolling, and is absolutely stunning in every way! I would definitely order from Birkat Elyon again.
