I know it can sometimes be difficult to know how a piece of jewelry will actually look in person and/or on your hand. Twice they have sent me pieces that I’m trying to decide on so I can make a decision. It’s been seamless - I pay for the samples and they refund me for whatever I return. Both times I’ve been able to select a beautiful piece of jewelry and I’m sure I will purchase from BE again.

The jewelry is very beautiful. I have had to exchange the ring for a larger size and the customer service has been very helpful. It was easy to speak to a customer service representative without a long wait and without pressing a lot of buttons or dealing with too many automated options. I am looking forward to the new ring in the correct size and I hope it holds up as well as I hear these rings do.

My ring is absolutely beautiful. The only complain I Have is that 1. I did not receive my ring in the time promised, it was about a week late, accounting for the Thanksgiving holiday, and 2. I did not get a return call from a 9:30 a.m. voice mail message I left until 7:15 p.m..

Absolutely gorgeous

This is my first review, another to follow once I receive the ring I ordered 23 days ago…not sure about all the delays, but website states 3 days, once I placed the order it stated 10 days, at 14 days I sent an email and they responded with an estimated delivery date. FedEx is currently 3 days late with no status available, but states that a signature is required. Maybe I can give it to her next year… because I don’t think it will make it by Christmas at this rate.

I haven’t gotten the ring

Rebecca was very responsive and helpful. The quality of my 4K ring is amazing. Although I picked it out, my husband is surprising me with it sometime in the month of December for my 60th birthday which is on the 30th, so he has time to figure out when to give it to me LOL. I have not seen it since it was delivered, I'm very excited. Thank you Rebecca and Birkat Elyon for your high quality and customer service.

I purchased the radiant square wedding ring from this company back in August and I am very happy with the finished product. It was not a ready to ship item and had to be made, which took longer for delivery, but that is explained when ordering. I wear this ring daily and the finished product was worth the wait.

Took longer than expected, product was as advertised. Very happy with my ring.

So far so good; waiting for my ring to be shipped.
