Received my 8ct princess engagement ring today. I have been looking at this ring for probably 3 years. Decided I wasn't getting any younger and to go ahead and purchase it. Placed the order on February 10th and FedEx delivered it today, March 3rd. Very pleased with the ring. I have my eye on an eternity ring next. The ring is beautiful. 👍🙋‍♀️

I have wanted a tennis bracelet for years but did not want to pay for real diamonds, or to be worried about the potential loss if stolen. After much research I decided to order an in stock bracelet from Birkat. The quality is amazing. I am the only one who knows the stones are not diamonds. The shipping was fast and secure. I did not need to contact customer service but felt confident if I needed to, my issue would be resolved. I will be ordering earrings next!

I haven’t received ring yet but so far service has been great, sample was sent and it looked great, I am now waiting for my finished ring!

I purchased a 14k white gold cushion cut ring from Birkat Elyon as an alternative to my engagement ring for travel and dressy nights out. The ring is gorgeous. The detail is the best I’ve seen and Birkat Elyon stands out in their category. I’ll be buying a dressy cocktail ring from their collection soon. My ring arrived within 2 days via FedEx and Rebecca was great to work with.

It’s ironic that the only reviews you actually see on this website are the positive ones. I have been trying to reach someone at this company for over a week via email and telephone. NO RESPONSE! They have my payment of over $1k and I can got no one to respond as to the status of the order. I wish I had looked further into these reviews.

You can not get anyone to respond to you regarding your order ! Once you place order and pay, then it’s anybody’s guess if you will ever see your item or when.

Great experience and beautiful product. The only thing I would have liked would be a little more communication after the initial order and before the product ships. Maybe just a quick email saying that we are still working on the order.

I think this is my fault, it is way to big of a stone and looks fake, I should have gone for a 5 carat.
