This is the second time I have ordered from Ambient. Once again the delivery was prompt and the product excactly as described. Highly recommended

Firstly, the advice leading up to the purchase was detailed, calm and not at all rushed. Mr Goose didn't take the stance, often employed by suppliers of technical equipment, of assuming that every customer is familiar with all of the issues. He took me through it all methodically. Secondly, all through the buying process it was easy. And thirdly, the product arrived, as promised, at the time stated, packaged well and intact! I was attracted to ambient because of the feedback on the website. I contacted them and was given excellent advice with no sales pitch and I felt I could trust the company. The price was very competitive and much cheaper than some better known brands. The kit arrived very quickly with a complimentary continuity checker. There were instructions included but I found some even more comprehensive detail on the website. I fitted a 7 msq 100 watt mat version which was my first and everything went as planned. I did take extra care in positioning the thermostat probe because I have heard of them failing and want to be able to retrieve and replace if necessary especially as they are reasonably priced. We put Mapei self levelling compound over the matting which made the tilers job much easier. All test results are correct and a short live test shows the tiles are becoming aired which is all I require. All round excellent experience thus far. Thank you.

Looked around for product both online and in retail and found what Ambient was offering to be the best option available both in quality and price. Decided to place the order and have been more than satisfied with delivery etc. Not yet installed but do not envisage any problems. First class product and excellent service.

Excellent value for money price, with really good delivery timescale, heat mat not yet installed but sure it will be fine.

I have had a few orders with Ambient and they have always proved to be the most cost effective supplier of underfloor heating with the best materials available. As an electrical contractor I have found that Ambient are cheaper, quicker and more reliable that any of the large electrical wholesalers I use. Don't be enticed by Devi or Warm up. These are just as good. I should know I've tried them all.

Underfloor heating kit arrived very quickly, well packaged and presented. Good company to trade with at a keen price.

Ordered under floor heating at 4pm and was at my door next morning by 9.am can't ask for more than that.
