The team at Ambient Electrical Ltd were very prompt on sending the item out and the product looks as ordered (haven't had a chance to install it yet). The only issue was the courier company delivering to the wrong address and the caos that ensued to get the items to the correct address. The team (especially Ian) worked very hard to help track down the items and get them delivered.

Our underfloor heating contoller (6 years old from another supplier) had stopped working and we were looking for a replacement. On searching the internet we found this site to have the cheapest price. Not only that, but when I phoned to check on the details, I had excellent knowlegeable customer advice. I then ordered online and the part arrived the next day. We easily replaced our faulty controller that evening and Hey Presto! ...we had a warm room the next morning. I will be happy to buy from them again and to recommend them to anyone.

I wanted the best quality and best value underfloor heating for my small downstairs loo. After researching various suppliers, and there are plenty, I discovered Ambient and they seemed to offer the best for good value. This is my first experience with underfloor heating and the kit I bought gives me all I need and clear instructions. I haven't installed it yet but if it is a success, and I have no reason to believe it won't be, then I am going to install it in my consevatory. By the way, the day after I ordered the kit a very nice guy from Ambient rang to say that as the thermostat I had ordered was out of stock they would upgrade without charge. Great customer service.

As part of an ongoing kitchen remodel we are installing Thermolam foil over 11 sq metres under laminate. After much searching, for a good product with good reviews and of course a good price, I was very pleased to find this product. At floorheatingsolutions I got the price that really sealed the deal as well. Delivery was impeccable within 24 hours and well packaged, which is the way this will stay for a while. I've bought this someway ahead of the install, so 5 stars for all of the above, but the coming weeks will see how well the product performs, and just how efficient under laminate heating is. I have high hopes.

Fantastic company Ambient are, very pleased with all the help and advice i called up to get before i decided to place my order. I was very chuffed to get the under wood roll mat for a great price too. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Upon installing i had a question and they were once again very helpful on the phone. Its now installed in my conservatory (which was very easy to do!!) everything seem great, heat up time is very quick but thats the joy of having laminate floor. Really you do feel it straight away!! Only down side is because its a conservarory (high heat loss) on a day like today (-2 outside) it doesn't get the room to a confortable 18+ degrees but we never expected this anyway. Its mid winter and we've used it everyday bar this week whilst we've had snow!! We also doubled up on the underlay so we layed 10mm to help loss of heat. Highly rate Ambient!

Easy website to use, after trailing lots of sites I used this one as more info than others and free delivery + 5% discount. I ordered this for my kitchen and extention as my grandchildren are always playing on the floor and we are having porcelain tiles fitted so even colder than laminate, the job is not being done untill January so I'll let you know how it works

Can't give a full review at this stage as the equipment came faster than expected so is still uninstalled!

Price was very good compared to other, and the delivery was fast. Have not fitted yet as the conservatory is not finished so no comment on how it works .
