Delivery of item very quick, on first looks goods seem of a high quality although I have not installed but hopefully their will be no issues, I am sure Ambient would sort it quickly if their was.

My order arrived on the morning that I specified. We then had to exchange the thermostat which was dealt with quickly and arrived the next day with the refund processed shortly after. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

I ordered an underfloor heating mat, then realised it was the wrong size - all dealt with brilliantly by email. Order put on hold awaiting further instruction. I then queried ordering the underfloor cable kit - questions answered quickly and effectively, new kit on order and arrived the next day. Absolutely A1 service that provided a very reasonable underfloor complete heating kit that included a thermostat/timer which others do not! Just brilliant :)

I was recommended this company down to competitive prices and great products. The delivery was super quick lots of communication along the way. I ordered the wrong size matt and within 48hrs of returning mine I had email to advise me I had received a refund. I have since ordered the new one which yet again came super quick...... Just need the installation to be as quick. Big well done to you all super efficient company on all levels !!!!!!
