Ordered on-line from the efficient and easy to use website; this after a brief conversation with your staff over a query I had which was fully explained in plain English. Products were delivered next day ( and this to N.Ireland at no extra cost, a rarity believe me) and are ready for installation next week. All in all, very pleased with the service I have received to this point.

A normal purchase for a customer's bathroom but as I'd purchased a pro kit I hadn't realised you got an additional temp sensor so was chuffed to bits. Delivery was spot on and it was a comprehensive kit with decent tape for once (some you buy have really cheap nasty tape). Instructions were fine, if you've done it all before, but if you're new they DO NEED READING. The one area that needs real work are the instructions for the touch screen controller. Instead of them being written by the designer of the kit they should be re-written by a competent user using PLAIN English. That way there would be less support required and everyone would be a little more confident and more would be sold. I had cause to ask a proper tech question and Ambient were very professional and had the answer at their fingertips. David

Great website providing the right type of guidance when selecting and ordering your underfloor heating. My first time installing underfloor heating and it went without hitch. Delivery arrived next day and the kit contained everything and more required - plenty of floor sealant, plenty of tape for the wire, and plenty length on the supply and temp sensor cables so no issues routing cables to the thermostat and power supply. I'd definitely use Ambient again.

I purchased some engraved fused spurs to use when customers have already purchased their own underfloor/undertile heating systems. They arrived next working day and I also received an installation monitor free of charge which was a great surprise! Excellent service, good laying advice on the phone, excellent product and at least 50% cheaper than B&Q. Did find that some of the insulation boards did warp a little when putting down with tile adhesive, just need to screw them down if this happens!

I bought a kit about 18 months ago and find it so good and such value that I have bought a second for a shower room refurbishment.

Advice was needed regarding underfloor heating in my extension and kitchen. That given was not to the benefit of Ambient in that I didn't need some of what I thought I did. Though I could have ordered online the guy took my order over the phone and all the bits turned up, correctly, the next day. This was my second order from Ambient and the service was as good the first time. The guy laying the tiled floor was very impressed too.

I have used Ambient's loose cable system for several years. The loose cable system is so cost effective and great for bathrooms with a complex footprint. Delivery has always been next day and every system I have installed continues to run faultlessly.
