Ambient Underfloor Heating is a family-run business that started in 2002 supplying underfloor heating to homes across the UK online. Since then, the business has increased to over 50 employees, operating from a 23,000 sq ft of warehouse space. Despite this growth, Ambient continues to uphold the family values to which the business was built and continues to operate through the same websites just as it did in 2002.

The comprehensive descriptions of the items and the explanation of how the packs are put together, along with the information on accessories, what they are for and how it all goes together gave me the confidence to purchase a system I have never used before. I have yet to lay the under tile heating system but do not envisage any problems. It made the job of buying it all extremely easy.

I have bought a number of Ambient under floor heating systems for my customer's projects, large and small. Ambient are always there to assist with technical queries and advise on the individual jobs. They understand that aesthetics matter as much as functionality -like sending a different thermostat so the two we were installing matched when we mounted them on the wall together. They offer great customer service all round. Recently, I forgot to order the insulation boards - but the chaps at Ambient were there to save the day- adjusting my order so I got the boards on the same delivery as the heating mats. can't falt this company at all.... the underfloor heating mat and control were delivered promptly and in perfect condition... i've already recommended them to my friends... really pleased with it all and even more so for the fact that unlike so systems this one came with a cool touch screen control panel and all for £99.99 delivered!!! totally satisfied!!

Ordered on the Monday and was delivered on Tuesday - really helpfull tech dept who answered all my questions - Easy to fit and wire up (The thermostat unit is included in the price !!!) Now im happily toasting my (bare) toes on the kitchen floor

A very informative and easy to use web site even for old f**** like me! - all options well explained and whole order delivered next working day - I also sought advice on phone and was able to speak to a very knowledgeable person who knew the product inside out and gave me advice on the whole process of laying the heating saystem - I am well impressed and have already recomended you to a friend.

All items purchased were perfect and a fast installation followed.only room for improvements would be usually next day delivery but ordered after hrs thurs and didn,t get till Monday morning. . Could do with sat delivery service maybe ,

Unsure what type of heating to order I called the company and explained exactly what my requirements were. The gentleman assisting me was extremely helpful and explained my options and which would best suit my requirements, even though my initial option was more expensive, the products recommended would suit my specific requirements better. I placed the order at 12.30pm on Monday and by Tuesday 8.30am the goods were delivered to my door, exceptional service. In today’s competitive business environment, I would certainly recommend Ambient Underfloor Heating to anyone who was enquiring about under floor heating. The service is exceptional and the prices stated for the goods were the cheapest I could find on the net, fantastic!! I cannot and would not fault it. In my opinion, you would be crazy to go anywhere else.

Good range of underfloor heating at prices as good as I could find anywhere. Really loving the heating and the cosy feet, well worth the money! Service excellent too - really quick efficient delivery. Very good response, too, when I thought the thermostat was faulty they sent out a new one immediately without argument (turned out it was badly wired on installation, the original they sent worked fine!).

Ordered the goods, after a couple of days the items still hadn't arrived, so a quick email resulted in a prompt telephone call to discuss the matter. It transpired that a web interface issue had occured and the order had failed to be forwarded to the office. Without hesitation the company returned a pleasent 5% onto my credit card. I wish all companies could act in this fashion.
