Ambient Underfloor Heating is a family-run business that started in 2002 supplying underfloor heating to homes across the UK online. Since then, the business has increased to over 50 employees, operating from a 23,000 sq ft of warehouse space. Despite this growth, Ambient continues to uphold the family values to which the business was built and continues to operate through the same websites just as it did in 2002.

An all-round very good service. I ordered the wrong size of mat but was easily able to get the right size and was refunded in full for the original. I was also given fitting advic over the phone I also mislaid the English instructions for the thermostat and was quickly able to download a copy. Great stuff... would use them again!

Just bought several sets of underfloor heating from Ambient; looked at several systems over last few months and always went back to Ambient website; have talked to David a few times for advice, he's always very helpfull and knowledgable. Got the items delivered on the day i planned, have installed the touchscreen TR8100 controllers and they are better than expected. Have told a few friends who are looking at underfloor heating about website, as found easy to use, good prices and very helpfull team.
Great website and helpful, easy to understand information. I was impressed with a similar product in Homebase and after searching online found Ambient Underfloor Heating's website. Their prices were more competitive and included a better thermostat. Delivery was quick and packaging good. I'd definitely use this company again.

My job was not straightforward because it combined a well insulated new build extension and a 40 year old original as part of the same space. In addition it was to be overlayed with a vinyl tile, Within minutes of my call to Ambient Underfloor Heating they had given me all the guidance I needed and then subsequently emailed technical data supporting their advice. Overall they responded quickly and gave advice in clear concise terms.

I have used ambient for many years as a small building contractor for my many clients. They are normally the most competitive for underfloor heating but with an excellent service. Always next day delivery and really helpful telephone manner if a call is needed. Don't bother looking elsewhere.
Went on line put in measurements of floor area, AUH told me what mat was required and I ordered it there and then, on a Monday night it was delivered Wednesday morning. Fantastic.

My 2nd purchase of UFH from Ambient for under laminate. Would highly recommend. If you are thinking of doing this, not only do they offer the best price around, they are easy to talk to on the phone and fall over themselves to offer advice. Ask about installation, ask about thermostat options and nothing seems to much.

Phoned Ambient directly and the person I spoke to proved very knowledgeable and helpful. I order the product from the website and it arrived as promised the following day. The item has not yet been installed so cannot pass opinion on it just yet, but I expect it to much the service received so far.
David is knowledgeable and keen to assist as well as regularly delivering the next day. The website is very simple to navigate - I wish there were more businesses out there such as Ambient UFH.
Was looking for an underfloor heating system and I am so glad I chose them and I thank for the earlier reviewers for that. I never regretted my decision. The web site is easy and straight forewards, no fine prints or adds on with a prompt service. Excellent customer services always looking forwads to assist. Trying to find something to make it look a bit more balanced review but sorry cannot find any faults. Keep it on guys!
