Ordered a pristine s21 Ultra. Have never ordered a refurb before, was a little concerned when not received within the time stated. Should not have worried, the phone is immaculate, the response to my email was prompt. Would recommend 4gadgets to family and friends.
After taking ages to download everything, it appears the google play app has a fault. Opens, only to crash within a second, continuously. I suspect this is probably the reason it was given to the company in the first place. Not happy at all.

Ordered a pristine S21. Had worries about it not being actually being pristine. It arrived in 3rd party box, came with a charging cable. Condition of the phone was indeed pristine, I couldn't see anything wrong at all. So I'd happily buy again from 4gadgets.co.uk.

Honestly, not had a great experience with this company. I ordered the item on Wednesday for next day delivery paid via PayPal. Item never arrived the next day spoke to an agent said we have issues with our website won't have the order now till Monday, supposed to be a gift missed the date very un professional oh yeh gave me 15.00 which they thought was very reasonable. Did receive the phone eventually on Saturday 3 days late. Order no 889600 patel. Offered parf refund billy was very helpful can you please send the bag for trade my phone.
