I ordered an S21Ultra pristine, this was on the thursday b4 the 4 day easter weekend so I paid extra for a saturday delivery. DPD emailed to say they would deliver on the tuesday which didn't impress me, I emailed 4gadgets on the easter friday and got an immediate response offering to refund extra. Like many people buying a refurbished phone is always a gamble and i was quite nervous. I've always brought new phones but the costs are getting ridiculous. I decided to take a chance and checked reviews on other retailers/sites but went for 4gadgets as they had great reviews and prices.. My new phone is a Samsung S21 Ultra.. It came the next day, which is fantastic, and it is immaculate.. I've had my new phone a few weeks and I'm very happy with it...everything works great..There is no difference from buying a new phone apart from the cost... I will definitely use 4gadgets in future... Thank you x

Edit: 11th April 2023 See my original review below but this has since changed. After a series of unfortunate issues with 3 devices on the same order having problems I have received great support from 4gadgets, fast correspondence from Dave who sorted out my refund in a timely manner and offered me additional compensation for the time I lost during these 3 orders. I would use the service again but would ensure to check the device thoroughly before getting comfortable with it. Initially 5 stars, for my first order, all positivity removed after second. My first order a few years ago was for a used "good" OnePlus Nord. This came in great condition and is still working to this day. A few weeks ago I ordered an s21 ultra. The device came with a screen burn across 80% of the screen but the body of the phone good. I returned the item for a replacement and was told I would get a phone of equal condition with a working screen. Upon receiving the device it was clear the device was in poor condition with more dents, scratches and unknown white substance in the phones screen edges. I returned this for a full refund and later bought the same phone at a higher quality, paying more to give the company a second chance. Unfortunately even paying for the extra was not enough. The phone's camera was broken and would not focus on multiple zoom modes which turns out to be a physical fault. I have to say that the returns process remains good shame that the devices are not tested as they should be which has ruined the experience and wasted my time. Thanks

I will never buy new again. My phone was described as 'Pristine' and it certainly is. Totally unmarked. Why pay £1200 when you can pay £600? Really impressed.

I spoke with Julia who looked into my order before calling me back with a resolution. She was extremely polite and proactive. I ordered a Samsung S 22 Ultra. It was on a 50£ discount at the time which is great. I ordered a black one 256 gb in good condition. It came in what I would describe as almost brand new condition.
