I bought a Samsung s21 ultra from Back Market and refurbished by 4gadgets in excellent conditions. I received the phone few days after, it looked perfect and genuine, but I noticed that the quality of the camera and videocamera were not up to the standards. I sent it back and I've been told that the device couldn't be replaced even if on the website there were plenty of phones available. I just wasted money and time, buying all the accessories for a phone that I no longer have. I've already had a bad experience before with this company, receiving a phone with the same problem, but I decided to give another chance because of the multiple back market ads all around London. This company sell phones that look legit but with cheaper cameras in them. Definetely I'm not going to trust them again.

Item broken though officially rated "Good" by company.. The charging port was defective, which makes you question their testing procedures. Slow, convoluted returns process, still no refund, though could be linked to postal strikes...

I was told that the grading scheme for refurbished devices from 4gadgets was quite fair compared to certain other competition. Unfortunately my "good" grade phone arrived with a sizeable chip out of one corner of the phone. Its in worst condition than my previous phone which has had 5 years of use, for comparison.

No problems, good phone and price

I bought a refurbished mobile phone and the quality was exactly as described, if not better. Delivery was next day which I was really impressed with. All in all, I can’t fault anything.
