When I bought my new phone I agreed to trade in my old one. Unfortunately, although my new phone arrived and was great I didn’t hear any more about selling my old phone. I sent a message to the vendor and received a very quick response telling me I needed to contact Fone Wizard and gave me the email address. I followed the link and sent an email and didn’t hear anything for over a week. So I went back to the site and this time followed the link again and everything was quick and simple after that! Following the advice given on the site, I received a higher payment than I was originally expecting and payment was very prompt. Well pleased with the outcome despite the original delay.

I cannot recommend Phone Wizard enough. I obtained a valuation for my phone online and received a sales package in the post the next day. I opted to send my phone off via special delivery which cost me £7.50 however a free service was provided. The next day I received an email stating that the phone had arrived and was being inspected. The day after that I was paid the full valuation directly into my bank account. Totally smooth experience and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to sell their old devices.

Genuine company, quick delivery, and reasonable price. Bought an S20 5g advertising as pristine that I would class as excellent. My reason is due to very slight marks around the charging port. Otherwise, the screen and back have no marks, and the phone works perfectly with the battery lasting a day or more depending on its use. Hopefully, the phone will last as I don't like wasting money on phones, hence why I am trying reconditioned. The phone was packaged well, and so far, i'm pleased with the saving from new and the experience. I would recommend it.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra was on an immaculate condition as described and arrived on time. It would have been nice to have some info from the retailer and a personal touch but , no, it arrived in a plain box in a postal bag all anonymous exactly as described too!
