I've decided to leave a review despite not doing so often, but I think others will find it helpful! • From my first-time buying experience, this website is legitimate and safe! • I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 in Pristine condition. • My first order did not go through because of my bank, however I still received a confirmation email which was confusing. The money went back into my account the next day so I called the 4Gadgets customer service. They responded after about 6 minutes holding time and explained that my bank had rejected the payment and apologised that I didn't receive an order cancellation email. They recommend that I try to make my purchase through PayPal instead. • I made my second purchase of the same phone through PayPal a few days later because I had to wait for it to return to the website even though my first purchase failed. • I received a confirmation email instantly and a dispatch email two days later (I ordered on a Friday so their 'Next day delivery' did not apply here). I also received a delay email later that Monday which made me start to worry but it was the courier's responsibility rather than 4Gadgets at that point anyways. • My phone finally came on the Tuesday! (3 days waiting time altogether.) • It was packaged as described on the website and came with a USB cable and sim card removal pin. • I inspected the phone and it was in fact in pristine condition!! It took quite a while to charge the first time around which again made me worry but since then it has been charging at a decent pace. I was transferring my old Samaung phone information to the new phone so that might've contributed to the slow first charge. • I have been using the phone for a week now and it has been working smoothly! I am so happy with it. The price was amazing and the quality of the phone is even better! • I would definitely recommend 4Gadgets to anyone who wants a refurbished phone at a lower price and quality condition!

I was paranoid when l bought it as l didn't want to open it untill Christmas day. But when my partner opened it l was delighted that it looked so new. Thank you. Shes delighted with it.

Bought a note 20 ultra advertised as immaculate. Which it was perfect like new. Battery has about 88% health. My only gripe I paid £10 extra for Saturday dpd delivery and got it on the Tuesday night. Its not their fault dpd obviously very busy but they also didn't refund the extra delivery charge.

Amazing service,the phone its comparable to a new one

They sent me a refurbished phone that was bent! It had mechanical and software faults (sim card recognition, charging and voice recorder). I expect a full refund.

We were very impressed from start to finish. The phone was immaculate! Dispatched quickly and arrived on time. The wrong charger was included but they rectified the situation immediately and used a courier to get the correct one to us by Christmas. Highly recommended.

Ordered a phone and received absolute zero info or updates about my order. I would expect when spending £400 I would be sick of updates on my order but nothing. I had to ring and speak to customer service to find out what was happening. They didn’t even know if my phone was dispatched, in transit or anything. They had to ring the courier to find out. Got the phone eventually but took a week of waiting and worrying if it was even coming.
