They did what it says on the tin. I ordered a S21 ultra in fair condition. That's exactly what I got. Some slight marks and scratches on sides of phone from being in a car cradle I suspect, but screen camera and rear in good condition. Phone seems to all work well. Paid just under a third of new price. I am very happy with the purchase!
