I purchased s21 ultra in Pristine Condition. The charging cable provided was not working. Phone looks good but there are some scratches on the screen. There is something loose in the phone I can feel it and hear while using. It took 2 hours to charge 1% I dunno why but now seems to be okay. The team proposed return and send me an invalid link so I had to ask 3 times. Now it's too late because I already went abroad. They did not check my phone properly before shipment

Very impressed with the condition of the phone. It was classed as good and the phone only had couple of tiny little nicks which can barely be seen so very happy with that indeed. The screen was also mint no scratches at all. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

2nd time I've bought from them. Both phones have been brilliant. Can't fault them.

I was very happy with the speed in which the items were delivered. Only one negative and that is. These Samsung phones are normally part of a package which includes the Samsung rapid charger. Unfortunately neither of the 2 Samsung S20 5G units I purchased which were in prime condition arrived with a fast changing connector.

Excellent! phone bought as per pristine condition. It is really good, amazing battery life and no scratch or visual issues. delivery was very quick as well. the only donwside is the s pen was not original.
