Bought refurbished mobile sold by 4gadgets, through Back Market. Supposed to have been in EXCELLENT condition. It was a mess. Badly chipped screen, dirt/grit all around the edge of the screen, and a visible chunk out of the side of the phone's rim. Returned promptly for refund.

The grade of the mobile phone is not as good for the asking price.

I bought a Samsung galaxy flip 4 in "excellent" condition. On the 11/12/2024. For my wife for christmas. She was over the moon with it.. Worked for 35 days then the main screen wouldn't turned on. No impact damage or any reason for it to stop working. Phoned them, no refund or even exchange offered as It was after 30 days.. Avoid them this was my first purchase and a Mistake I will not repeat. Order number 11278980. Order has now been refunded which I am happy with as product not up to standards. The lady called Judith I'd like to mention specifically as she has been really helpful
