I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra in Black Pristine condition. However, I was absolutely disappointed and shocked with the customer service I have been provided with. I have already had to ring previously and complain about an issue regarding not receiving any email confirmation or evidence of purchasing a mobile device from 4gadgets and when I enquired by phone, I was told there had been a mistake from their side and the phone was not sent out even after taking my payment. Recently, after finally receiving the mobile device I noticed there was a deep chipped dint on the phone and when I mentioned this I was told it is a 'second hand phone' so they cant do anything apart from return, even though I paid extra for Pristine condition. I was also sent a cheap non genuine Samsung cable which was also on top the incorrect USB type to USB-C type cable for the phone model therefore not compatible for the device plug. I rang for the correct replacement wire and I was rudely spoken with by a member of the team. Once I explained to him that I am upset about this matter and require an original and the correct Samsung cable as clearly advertised on 4gadgets website, 4gadgets denied that what I am saying is correct. (Which I then attached email evidence of a clear screenshot of the website stating this. The staff member I spoke to belittled me and was being unhelpful about the situation. He was making sarcastic comments and laughing, making me feel intimidated so I asked for a manager and then he said he is terminating the call. I have never felt so embarrassed and I was at work so this caused me an inconvenience of time. Being such a big company, I did not expect this false advertising and appaling behaviour from one of your staff members representing the company. After this experience, I do not recommend 4gadgets to anybody
