The handset I've recieved is S21 Ultra 256GB with 12 GB Ram, while I've ordered S21 Ultra 512GB with 16 GB Ram. After the Company had been notified by the issue, they contacted me and resolved the issue. The handset I recieved is excellent.

This is my second phone purchase, the first was three years ago. Really pleased with my phones. First class service and devices. Will never buy a new phone again!

I’ve always used Fone Wizard and they’ve always been great. They’ve never knocked money off when they’ve received my phone like other companies do ( mazuma and envirophone ).

Purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra classified as pristine condition. The ordering process and delivery was quick. When it arrived the phone had 3 large gouges in the bottom RH corner, a nick at the top right. Battery was 25% degraded and photos were all blurry. The process to return was tedious and difficult. Returned the phone over a week ago but still no refund. Simply not good enough.

Phone is exactly as described and at a great price. Bought a s21 ultra in black and pristine and it was exactly that. Good delivery time and arrived in one piece. Would use 4gadgets again for sure!

Used 4gadgets before, An excellent company. phone was perfect as described and delivery was good but delayed by 2 days by dhl which i have experienced before with dhl, So perhaps 4gadgets should evaluate who delivers their products.

This is the first time I've bought a second hand phone and it is definitely a great experience. I had an s20fe and decided to upgrade by buying a sim free phone to save money in the long term, instead of going for a new contract. I opted for an excellent condition S22 Ultra 1tb in Red and would recommend other people to buy. The phone was in almost immaculate condition. The battery is as new and lasts me nearly 2 days and the screen is in perfect condition, no signs of damage at all.

The phone is great, but I would have been even more impressed if it didn't have the little dinks around the corners of the phone as it was supposed to be pristine.

The phone was well packed, well described and delivered next day.
