Unfortunately this latest phone had a fault which was dissapointing as I would have thought the phone would have been tested before sale. That said the return and refund process was easy, just a shame we had to shop elsewhere and actually found a better deal which will now result in future purchases more than likely going to a rival company

I had been toying with the idea of finally upgrading my old Samsung S7 Edge - I wanted a flagship replacement from Samsung, but had already discounted the S20 & S22 as the S21 trumps them both in certain areas in the reviews. So I took a look around at the options to buy and decided my only realistic option was refurbished. I read a lot of online reviews about refurbished electronics suppliers with initial scepticism but took the plunge with 4gadgets and I am so glad I did. The S21 Ultra 5G (256 GB) Phantom Blue described as "Excellent" was flawless - not a mark on it and honestly looks like it has never been used. I ordered it at a great price and took delivery of the phone the very next day, have had the phone for just coming up on a month with no problems or issues at all! 100% would recommend 4gadgets to anyone and everyone - just go for it!

Absolutely fantastic service. I’ve had my last 4 refurbished phones from 4gadgets and they’ve all been superb. I also recycle my old devices with no problems whatsoever. Can not fault them at all.

All went smoothly with my purchase of an android phone.

Ordered used samsung galaxy S21, pristine condition. It was delivered on next business day. Phone was as described (not a mark on it). Battery life seems fine for a 2year old phone. Came with decent charging cable. All good.

If I could I would give 0 stars. If you think of buying from @4GadgetsUK DON'T. I bought a phone not long ago, less than 5 months in the phone starts acting up. After a whirlwind of them "solving" the issue and offering a "good will" cashback, they ignore the emails and you never get refunded. Guess what phone just started acting up again. I have never dropped my phone, water has never touched the phone. I charged once in the morning and once during the day. The screen went fully BLACK and started buzzing for no reason. Couldn't turn on OR off. The screen goes blank and the phone restarts out of nowhere ( I was literally writing an email). I wish I have saved more money back then and bought from Samsung shop itself. At least, they wouldn't make me go to their warehouse to pick up my new phone because they forgot to update me about said phone, and then get asked what was the problem because nobody knew what was going on. What one would say an ideal situation. NEVER AGAIN. Edit: Yesterday someone from the team called, I wasn't the only person in the room and all of us agreed the person over the phone did a poor effort in customer service. Somehow I am the one to blame, and apparently they didn't find any problems with the phone, which he made clear it wasn't on their side, that I MUST be doing something wrong + wrong charger (the charger is from Samsung shop themselves). The good will provided was totally different over emails than it was on my partners bank account. Now, they say they didn't ignore any emails, I'm happy to provide dates and hours of EVERY SINGLE EMAIL since sending the phone and the aftermath, since it looks like I'm the one in the wrong and the company won't admit poor costumer service. I thought we solved the issue yesterday but this answer they have left for me looks like I'm the one the that's the problem instead of admitting an error. I won't be returning my phone again and stay with no phone for weeks all over again for them. I will suck it up and keep it until it dies. Next time I'm buying directly from Samsung as I done for years and avoid all this.
