Ordered a pristine refurbished mobile. Absolutely spot on. Works and looks like a new phone.

I've had a couple of mobile phones and both have been excellent and value for money.

Quick, polite.. 1st class

Bought S21 on Amazon, the stated condition of the phone was "Good" on amazon this means no scratches on the screen, it came with scratches on the screen and no charger. They are now trying to get me to pay for postage to return for a refund as they say they will only pay for postage if its a replacement Edit: They replied to this review saying "I'm glad we could resolve the postage issue with you directly", they didn't do that I went back to amazon and sorted everything with them. They offered me free postage after a huge amount of pushing, but they never justified the things they did for example trying to tell me that it's a second hand phone so its going to have scratches, like the amazon phone condition grading is irrelevant, after days of me asking them to take responsibility and explain themselves they reverted to replying with the same text, completely ignoring what i had said, just saying to return the phone, so I went back to amazon, told them everything and amazon gave me a full refund and let me keep the phone. The key issue here is that you simple should not have to spend the amount of time and effort I did, a more agreeable person would likely have just paid the postage or just accepted the scratches. Below is the key issues I had with them: 1. Lied about the device condition. 2. Attemped to get me to pay to rectify the problem, ignoring the clear photo evidence I provided that showed the phone did not meet the stated grade and never explaining why they responded with the below comment when I challenged them on trying to make me pay postage -My Question: "I want a refund and postage paid, can you explain to me why you think lying about the phone condition is ok and then trying to force me to pay to get a refund?" -Their response: "This device is second hand therefore there will be marks however everything is tested to be as it should". 3. Attempted to influence my negative reviews “We are trying to resolve your problem as efficiently as possible, we can offer a £20 refund as a good will gesture, for the inconvenience caused, if you could consider removing or amending your review we would be extremely grateful as we are a small business and negative reviews have a large impact.” 4. Emailed me directly asking for my number so a manager to call me, I bought this through amazon and all communications should be through amazon’s chat, they should not have done this.

I ordered a mobile phone, choosing the lowest grade "Fair", as I'm always dropping my device, so didn't mind if I got a previously scratched product. I was surprised to get my purchase next day which TBH I struggled to see any imperfections. Hence I am delighted with my "in my eyes" a new perfect phone!

Ordered a phone to replace my 'bounced too often' S10+. Cost of new phone was about the same as repairing the old one. Arrived 2 days later and was even bit as good as a new phone, perfect. Great product and service for an 'as new' phone at a fraction of the cost.

Item is perfect and as described but delivery time poor - ordered it late evening Wednesday 6th Sept expecting delivery on Friday 8th, to have the item for the weekend, but did not arrive until late Monday 11th Sept.
