First phone sadly arrived faulty and 4gadgets return the money.I would prefer replacement as there was one in stock on following day. 2nd phone not their fault,courier tried to deliver to my work address and failed to do it on two occasions.They tured up to wrong address or not at all and left a message "Your parcel was refused, as the contact name was not recognised" I awating for re-delivery, hopefully 3rd time lucky Edit: 3rd phone arrived in very good condition apart from that battery level was 81% !!so it didnt match guaranteed 85%.Back market advisor asked me to send a phone back and assured me that seller 4gadgets will send me replacement,again recived refund and nothing has been done with phone. I have lost a time a money and unfortunetly didnt received a service l have hoped for. Edit: 4th phone arrived with battery level 79%.Issue between backmarket and 4gadgets..backmarket advertising phones as at least 85% but 4gadgets claiming that their phones are 80%. Update 23.10.23 : another phone and another refund!!!! Phone didnt passed the test on my end..tested at the phone repair centre 79% as l was told that testing phone via batteraccu app might not be correct ,selling phones via backmarket so it sould be at least 85%.Didnt repair the phone again as agreed with agent.

I came across this company about 4 years ago. Trust is so important to me and the way the company deals with issues. Lots of customers read all the positive reviews, but I always look at how they handle issues. I have bought 7 items from them and only one item had an issue. I contacted them and found they were really helpful. I returned the item and they replaced it by return of post. Since then I have bought 2 more phones and I am happy to recommend them.

Very happy with the S22 Ultra I bought grading was good but imho it was at least very good. Battery appears to be healthy too. Would def buy from them again.

Good price and Excellent service. Had a small problem with original purchase (probably not detectable with generic testing), but 4Gadget responded quickly and replaced the phone immediately; can't ask for more. This is my 3rd purchase and will no doubt use them again.
