Bought the S22+ in "excellent condition" but had multiple scratches over the side if the phone. Management could only offer a £20 refund for the phone even though the price difference between "good" and "excellent" is £100. Unbelievably unhelpful and extremely frustrating. Based on a fee reviews on here, seems this is unfortunately quite common. Will never use again.

Not great to be honest. Supplied a faulty phone. Only pro was it was still under warranty so Samsung fixed it. That made it slightly better value for money.

Awful experience. Previously ordered a phone without issue but on this occasion wrongly fitted screen attached to device. Required return with no resolution aside from a refund. Disappointing experience. Update: Contact was made by 4gadgets and they were able to sort out a new phone. I was most impressed by how quickly they resolved the issue.

Spotted a phone I was looking for said it was pristine. phone came very quick by DPD it was as described so happy with my purchase would recommend 4gadgets if your looking for a bargain will definitely be using again.

I bought 2nd hand mobile Samsung S22 ultra with 516 gb, as pristine / Pristige condition but found it has lots of scratches and damages too , technically the USB port damaged too, I returned it but really wasted my time

This is 4th time I've ordered from them and it's been disappointed with order, I ordered s22 plus " pristine" and not met condition it has big hump side and small scratches all around top and bottom. It disappointing ive ordered pristine condition last year before it was exactly that but this order was let down. Will be returning it and asking for refund.
