Sent me the wrong phone ,then said it was coming on Saturday and never arrived till Monday

Easy process to follow. Money received within a couple of days directly into my bank account.would do it again.

After much back and forth with customer service, I appreciate 4gadget finally resolving the issue. Still very disappointed with their delivery partner on this occasion though

Bought a supposed 'good' condition zfold3 from here. The speakers and microphone did not work properly on arrival. Very frustrating experience. It feels like they are lackluster with their checks. They refunded me though, so I wont give 1 star, and I am glad I got the refund as giving such a faulty phone did feel like scammy to me. But their refund process is kind of out of date and slow.

Had a faulty phone that I purchased from 4gadgets. Returned under warranty and they couldn't fix so offered a refund as they couldn't replace like for like, the whole process only took about 5 days and was one of the best customer services I had ever received. Ordered a different phone after the refund which arrived next day. Cannot fault them in any way. Absolutely first class service. Thank you so much, will recommend you to everyone.

Hi All, I said I would return in April when I first received my reconditioned phone. So 6 months on. My Phone is still running just as it should. No issues Perfect

My Samsung Galaxy S21Ultra suddenly failed as I was using it. Sent back to 4gadgets through Backmarket under warranty, 3 days later its delivered back with same faulty screen and scratches and dents on it. No reply on Backmarket, 4gadgets refused to help when called then and now have a phone that will not work and retailer not honouring 12 month warranty. 1st and last time I use 4gadgets, or Backmarket. Terrible customer service and faulty items. Massively out of pocket now, AVOID!!! Edit: The phone was perfect, have photos to prove and they are worming their way out of repair any way possible. Absolutely terrible, avoid and read the other reviews. They damaged or DPD did and they are not accepting liability. Shop elsewhere, not with thieves!!!
