Great service, nice speed but some features are missing. Folder size and Hot storage thumbnail for files bigger than 7Mb and Hot storage upload by client. I'm very satisfied. Support is really great and fast.

Excellent Product, been using it for years, I read the below comments, well to be fair seems there are confusion for Archive and real time, they got 2 products Archive and Intelligent, Archive is low cost cloud designed to store your data for life but requires couple of hours to restore while intelligent is real time with some cool features, for me , I use both, got 4 TB on Archive and 500 GB for my mobile on intelligent , its an excellent product and work beautifully, and their support is good

Hi, Zoolz is great tool for back up solution. I have seen lot of improvement since we bought it. Only problem I faced it need constant monitoring. I have installed Zoolz on few servers. I have to check every other day or 2 to check if Zoolz is function properly. Zoolz suddenly stops backup server. Also if you can add any types of reports and support ticket option from Admin login would be great. And if you can provide custom link to access the our workspace would be great (ex: nps.zoolz.com).

New Zoolz installation, so it's early days, but I have used it before and it works as it should. The rating is for the quick actions in sorting out a installation issue.

Cloud very limited, software no backup's to vault. Only to cold side. I would like to make backup for both. Vault and cold side

I haven't been able,to perform a full backup. The process gets constantly interrupted with some technical message. Very dissapointed.

Absolutely Awful. Their service shut down my computer 3 times. I asked for refund took 5 attempts to finally get it. Their customer service is beyond bad and I would recommend anything except them. I used the product for 2 hours (while it corrupted my pc!) Avoid. AVOID

I find it hard to use. The online help is vague. I reinstalled Windows and now I can't access my backup. The online only tells me what I should have done to prevent this, not how to recover from it. After your response, I tried contacting your support team, twice and got no response. I'm not sure it would have been any help. The problem is documented in your FAQ. There it explains what should be done before uninstalling Zoolz. Oddly it gives no instructions on how to recover, which makes me question if there is a way to recover. If I can't recover from reinstalling Windows, what good is Zoolz if my system crashes?
