Client usability could really improve.

Bought a TB each of cold storage and vault storage for my personal use, and I must say, I am impressed. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who has started to lose faith in physical hard disk drives. ^ This was my review from September 2017, but things changed. Review dated 26 July 2023: They stopped offering the LIFETIME subscription I had to their services, and asked me to start paying, forcefully locking me out of my account, and all the files in it. Since I didn't have the clout nor time to file a class action suit, nor was I in their jurisdiction, I simply had to let go. I have never been scammed in my life this way. They basically kept my files hostage to try and get funds from me, like one of those ransomware scams. Actually, it's worse, since I paid them initially and gave them all my files willingly. WHAT A WAY TO GET SCAMMED !!

Easy to use and great value using the offer

Easy to use and cost effective ! Support answered my question quickly via chat. I had the basic free plan and Zoolz has worked so well that I have just upgraded to a 1tb lifetime offer.

While I wish I could have found my solution on the support site, getting a quick and clear response from the team helped me resolve my problem completely. For a free service, I was pleasantly surprised in how quickly this all took place.

I originally signed up for the Cloud Storage with another vendor which folded. My account was transferred to Zoolz and I've been inactive on doing backups until last week. My App was dated and I couldn't figure out how to reactivate it. Reached out to Zoolz and their support team was amazing. Very responsive and offered to do a remote control session. Had the remote control session today. Ryan was extremely efficient in trouble-shooting and now my data is well protected plus regular backups are scheduled. Very reliable Cloud storage solution. Awesome support to customers. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable vendor who will stand by their services. 10 Stars all the way! Thanks so much.

Early days yet, but looks good, initial set up is pretty straightforward, upload into the Zoolz cloud is tailorable and fast. Support is has been very good.

Zoolz offers a great service that I have decided to move away from my current provider.

I have used Zoolz for a couple of years now. Everything works very smoothly and it the few occasions I had a question I got a quick response. As a zoolz intelligence founder and a classic zoolz user my only problem is that after yearly payment the expiration date sometimes is not updated automatically.The staff however fix this very quickly.

I would recommend this company to anyone.
