Zoolz is very responsive to my inquiries. The program itself is a little hard to navigate but that is probably because I have not had time to study it in depth.

I signed up. I started to upload a folder. It got about 13% of the files uploaded and then appears to have an error on three files. It stopped uploading and is just sitting there. No opportunity to skip the errors or otherwise deal with them. The is no user's manual and no help that I can find. And slow, 3 hours to up load about 2000 3M files. I would ask for my money back but I remember reading on the buy page that the warranty was to try and help you solve youxr problem. I guess you get what you pay for. How do I respond to your request for my email as there is no reply button on your entry: My email is john (atsign) ridem.ca - because "Sorry, we don't allow email addresses in reviews, so please edit your review."

I have been using Crash Plan for several years. Their service has been great. However, they recently decided to concentrate on the business market and leave the consumer market. As a result, I have looked at many alternatives to Crash Plan. Most other cloud backup services base their model on one computer per backup plan. And most other services do not allow for simultaneous backup to the cloud and to a local external hard drive. I looked at all the popular providers and only one offered the simultaneous backup like Crash Plan. I gave them a try and was very disappointed. The uploads were so slow that it took almost two weeks to backup my computer's 400 GB of files. Worse than that, their software did not detect updates (new files or changes) during the daily update process. As a result, I cancelled the service and started looking again. Fortunately, I found Zoolz. I signed up for a trial, backed up a 2.5 GB file and followed that with a restore. The uploads were the fastest ever as well as the restore. For the most part, the upload speeds were maxing out at my Spectrum Internet service's max. The options to tune how fast uploads go are great like the multi threading option and the turbo mode. How to get support it not too clear. I had a small problem over the weekend and tried to contact support. I finally found a place where you can email support. There is no real description of the difference between standard support and premium support. At any rate, no one contacted me on the weekend. I did receive an automated reply. So what happens if I have a big problem on the weekend? I received a response early Monday morning. I have only had the service for about a week. The speed and reliability seem to be there and that is what is important. I was able to backup all of my computers in 3-4 days with well over 400-500 GB of data. As far as pre-sales support, it was excellent. I was able to talk to someone on the phone to get all of my questions answers. I also used the chat system and it worked well too. A five star rating may be a little high because of the support issue, but certainly higher than four stars. I have signed up for the one year plan and expect to have a long and happy relationship.

Dear Team, thank you for your support and time, the issue has been resolved. Im happy now after getting my 16gb data storage back. now i can save my data on g cloud. im also using zoolz. its awesome. initially they gave 25gb storage. thank you once again.....

Have found the service relatively easy to set up and use. One thing I would like is for when files are not backing up for any reason, for a warning message to be displayed in the system tray. Have found emails responded to quickly and with due courtesy, with technical jargon kept to a minimum. Only issuing a rating of four at this stage, as I have not yet experienced any problems, but have not yet had to bring back files from the cloud as and when I have an issue with my computer. You only find out how good a service is when you REALLY need them to come good for you.
