I've been working with zoolz in the past 6 months, lets talk about the service, the service is perfect for any company or personal uses, I tested it by my self for my personal stuff and it is perfect how it works and make your files organized after the backup, for a company very smooth web admin for the IT administrator to control remotely to control his servers, without any problem so far, now about the support all I can say "AMAZING" there is no company so far contact their partners openly and stays under email/phone calls. their support team very fast to respond. Good: 1. Value for money. Got 1 TB (500 + 500) in just $30 for lifetime 2. If backed up from external drive, the content doesn't get deleted evenif the external drive is not connected to system 3. Thumbnails are shown for each pictures uploaded. Hence, I don't need to download a full picture to show someone, specifically it's good enough for mobile phone display 4. Customer care is very good with good knowledge and quick turnaround time. Bad: 1. The Zoolz client is crushing in my mobile phone occasionally for specific operations 2. The Zoolz Archive client stores documents only in cold storage. To store files into Vault, one has to use web portal. This is slightly annoying. The client should have all facilities.

Great Products!

Speed of backup can be better improved

Zoolz Intelligent is a very comprehensive and cost effective offering. The software is easy to use, the web portal offers lots of functionality. The Mac edition is a little limited in the UX area, not as flexible as it's Windows counterpart. We are looking forward to the Gsuite and O365 integration. Support is generally good. Backup speeds are good too. We recommend Zoolz.

Po kilku miesiącach używania jestem zadowolony z tego rozwiązania. Wymaga ustawienia kopiowanych folderów i rodzajów plików na samym początku i można potem zapomnieć o tym, że w chmurze powstaje kopia zapasowa danych. Wszystko działa bez zarzutu. Dostęp z urządzeń mobilnych i z innych komputerów ułatwia codzienny dostęp do plików z każdego miejsca świata. Trochę popracowałbym nad szata graficzną. Jest bardzo minimalistyczna. --------------------------------------- After a few months of use I am satisfied with this solution. It requires setting up copied folders and file types at the very beginning and then forgetting that the cloud is backing up data. Everything works fine. Access to mobile devices and other PCs facilitates daily access to files from anywhere in the world. I would do a little graphic design. It is very minimalist.

I think that the ux is poor, also it lacks the feature for me to be able to organize the way in which I would like my files to get sync. Also didn´t found a linux client. And didn´t find a way to upload more than one file at a time to vault storage.

Nothing is too much problem for the account managers, Zack is the best account manager of all my suppliers. Fantastic service for an awesome product.

I have a problem, I change my folder(add files or delete files), but the zoolz software can not monitor this change, it still says nothing need to be synchronized.

Great but needs more options to keep files synced with desktop n phone. A little bit of Dropbox features will make zoolz unbeatable.
